We hosted our official Baking an Impact launch event at Annabelle’s Book Club L.A. in Studio City, in honor of For Goodness Cakes! The event included several of our favorite L.A. speciality food/dessert vendors, including Baked with Love by Ivy, a classmate and friend of mine who has an incredible baking Instagram account. Courtney Cowan of MilkJar Cookies (one of my all-time favorite bakeries) also joined us to sign copies of her delicious “bakebook.” I’ve volunteered for For Goodness Cakes since 2020, and I’m thrilled that we were able to raise money for the organization at my inaugural BAI event.
